Dixon's Dance Academy Staff
Owner/Choreographer of Dixon's Dance Academy. Founded in 2005, Nancy has been teaching ballet, tap, hip hop, jazz, pointe, praise, and Zumba for over 16 years. She is also a first grade teacher for Bridgeton Public Schools. Nancy graduated in 2004 from the University of St. Elizabeth with a double degree in Elementary Education and Communication (Performing Arts). She has also worked for Little Lamb Preschool as a Family Outreach Community Worker, Head Start Coordinator, and Summer Camp Teacher for Preschool. She has 11 years experience as a Kindergarten Teacher for Vineland Public Schools. Nancy was 2000 Cumberland County's Junior Miss Pageant Scholarship Winner and was second runner up to Miss Vineland in 2005. She has won local talent competitions for Miss Cumberland County and Community Service Award Winners from 2003-2007. Her Dance Teams Dandelion Dance Company has won numerous trophies, and first place awards for local, and state competitions. She is a member of Chestnut Assembly of God and volunteers her time with the
Praise Dance Ministry and yearly Performing Arts Dramas and Productions. She is a 2000 graduate of Vineland High School, Cheer captain 1997-1998, Cap & Dagger Vice President & Choreographer 1996-2000 and Vice-President of her graduating class.
Miss Bryanna Cuff has been dancing for 15 years at Dixon's Dance Academy. She has been teaching classes for 5 years as a Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop and Lyrical Dance Instructor. She is a 2017 Graduate of Cumberland Regional High School and former Valedictorian for Fairfield Township. She is a 2019 graduate of Cumberland County College with her associates degree in Criminal Justice and Forensics. She has competed in state competitions and has won numerous awards for her hip hop choreography with her Jr. Company Dance Team . She has 4 years experience with trained professional choreographers during yearly conventions and workshops. She was co captain of her cheer leading squad and a member of her dance team. Miss Viki Gonzalez
Miss Viki has been dancing at DDA for 14 years. She has been teaching Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, Jazz, and Musical Theater for 6 years at our studio. She also teaches our boys hip hop class. Viki is a 2014 graduate from Vineland High and former Varsity Cheerleader and Musical Theater member. She has trained with celebrity choreographers for the Pulse Dance Convention and a former Dance Company Member of the Elite winning Hip Hop Team. She also has a talent for baking. She has her own brand of cakes, cupcakes, and more. Not only talented in the kitchen and dance room, you can find Miss Viki as an assistant teacher for Little Lamb Preschool-Keener Kids Inc. and Summer Camp Lead Teacher for the past 2 years.
Kristen Tirrell is excited to be back at Dixon's Dance Academy for her second year as a Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Hip Hop Teacher! She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance Performance and Studio Operations from Stockton University. In addition to teaching at her home studio in Bloomfield, NJ throughout her High School years, she performed with modern dance company "Kinetic Architecture" on stages all over NJ, PA, and NY from 2002 - 2008. She is excited to share her knowledge and love of the arts with the students at Dixon's Dance. Her favorite styles of dance are ballet and lyrical. She is also a dance mom to three Dixon's Dance Academy students that share her passion for the Arts. During the weekdays, Mrs. Kristen is happy to be part of the Inspira team assisting the doctors and practices in our community.

Miss Melia &Melina Gaines
Melia & Melina Gaines are seniors at Vineland High School. They has been dancing with Dixon's Dance Academy for 12 consecutive years. They both are also members of the Dandelion Dance Company Hip Hop Team and have received numerous awards and trophies for their dance routines at competitions. They both are on the VHS Dance Academy and Varsity Cheerleaders on the cheerleading team. This dynamic duo teaches our Saturday’s Praise class together. Both these ladies are members of the Boys & Girls Club and counselors to our youth. Melia was recently named Local Youth of the Year by the Boys & Girls Club of Cumberland County. She will receive a $2,000 scholarship to the college of her choice. She is also president of her club's leadership service program-Keystone Club.
Miss Debbrianna Russell
Miss Debbrianna has been dancing at Dixon's Dance Academy for 10 years. She is a member of the Dandelion Senior Dance Company and has competed in many local & state competitions in NJ. She is currently a student at Cumberland County Technical Education center (CCTECH). She is enrolled in the Health Science and Medicine Program and has received honors such as academic varsity with a 4.4 GPA. Outside of academics, she is a Varsity Cheerleader for Vineland High School for her second year. In her free time, she volunteers in her community and clubs at CCTECH, specifically Youth to Youth, HOSA, and Interact. More then anything, she loves to dance and is excited to teach along side of Miss Melia & Miss Melina for the Praise Dancing Class and Hip Hop Class on Saturdays.
